Made from Organic Grapes!
Grape Varieties: 70% Macabeo 30% Chardonnay
Vinification: Winemaking: The grapes were separated from the stalks immediately after a slight cold maceration and a light pressing. The juice fermented for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, finishing the fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it remained with the lees during 50 days.
Tasting notes: Colour: pale straw yellow with a greenish rim. Aroma: floral notes, tropical and herbs. Palate: fresh, fruity and spicy, sweet driven with good acidity
Food pairing: Marinated fishes (turbot, sea bass and sea bream), prawns stuffed hake with creamy sauce, seafood, smoked fish, grilled chicken or beef, marinara sauce pasta.
